What counts as an automation?

Any workflow tracked in Atlapse — whether synced from a connector (Make scenario, GitHub Action…) or added manually / via screenshot import.

Do I need API keys for every service?

For most services yes, but Monday.com, Airtable, and Asana can be imported via our AI screenshot feature — no API key required.

How does the background sync work?

Paid plans can use the scheduled Inngest sync every 6 hours when it is configured. You can also trigger a manual sync at any time from connector settings.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal in workspace settings. Your data stays, and any usage above the entry plan limits becomes read-only.

Is my data secure?

All connector credentials are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM before reaching the database. We never store plaintext API keys.
